Result of EGM

Following the posting of the circular to shareholders on 23 May 2006, Lennox
today held the EGM requisitioned by Peter Voller, at which none of the
resolutions were passed.

The Company proposes to announce its audited results for the year ended 31
December 2005 later this month and will shortly be posting a circular to
shareholders convening an EGM to approve the refinancing announced on 24 April
2006.
