                                 Board change                                  

The Company announces that Ray Greenwood, Managing Director, has decided to
retire and will be stepping down from the Board with effect from today, 17
January 2007. Nigel Terry, Executive Chairman, will assume his responsibilities
in the short term whilst a replacement is sought.

Trading conditions are difficult as the winter is typically a quiet period for
the Company. The management team remain focused on rebuilding the business and
the Board intends to carry out a full review of trading operations. The Board
will update shareholders more fully once the review is completed in early
March.

Nigel Terry, Chairman, commented:

"Ray has assisted Lennox during a difficult time, the Board would like to thank
him for his efforts and wishes him all the best for his retirement"
