Allocation of Share Options & Result of AGM



The Board of Lapp Plats plc ("Lapp Plats" or the "Company") today announce the
allocation of share options pursuant to the share option scheme adopted on 23rd
January 2004 with an exercise price of Stg 5p per share to two Directors as
follows :



Michael Nolan - 85,000 share options



Brian Barrett - 45,000 share options.



Following these allocations Michael Nolan now holds a total of 160,000 share
options and Brian Barrett holds a total of 80,000 share options in the Company.
All of these share options are exercisable at Stg 5p per share



The Company has a total of 275,000 share options outstanding.



The Board of Lapp Plats plc is also pleased to confirm that all the resolutions
proposed for consideration at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which
was held today, were approved.
