Grant of Incentive Options
Leyshon Resources Limited (AIM/ASX:LRL) ("Company").
Attached is an Appendix 3B advising details of the grant of
9,000,000 unlisted incentive options to the Company's Managing
Director, Mr. Corey Nolan, in accordance with Shareholder approval
obtained at the Company's AGM on 30 May 2014. The securities have
now been issued.
Cleansing Notice and Appendix 3B
Leyshon Resources Limited hereby notifies ASX (as the operator
of the prescribed financial market on which the Leyshon Resources
Limited ordinary shares are quoted) under section 708A(5)(e) of the
Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act) that:
1. the Company issued the securities without disclosure to
investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;
2. at the date of this notice:
(a) the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M
of the Act as they apply to the Company; and
(b) the Company has complied with section 674 of the Act; and
3. at the date of this notice there is no excluded information
(as that expression is defined in sub-sections 708A(7) and 708A(8)
of the Act) in relation to the Company.
