accordance with DTR 5, following the Company's initial public offering, of its 
interest in 20,000,000 ordinary shares of 100 pence each in the Company 
representing 9.09 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. 
 The shares are held in the name of JP Morgan, Bournemouth. 
 
 
The Company was notified on 28 May 2009 by BlackRock Inc. and its subsidiaries, 
in accordance with DTR 5, following the Company's initial public offering, of 
its interest in 27,300,000 ordinary shares of 100 pence each in the Company 
representing 12.41 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
