The Company has today been advised that Lord Wade, Non-Executive Director of the 
Company, has acquired 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 22p each. 
 
Following this transaction, Lord Wade holds 891,386 Ordinary Shares in the 
Company representing approximately 1.26 per cent. of the issued share capital.
