Proposed Amendments to Articles of Association and Notice of Annual General 
Meeting 
 
As  part of the business  to be transacted at  the Annual General Meeting of the 
Company,  the directors are  asking shareholders to  approve revised Articles of 
Association  primarily to take account of changes brought about by the Companies 
Act 2006 (the 2006 Act). 
 
A copy of the proposed Articles showing all of the differences between the 
current Articles and the changes proposed by Special Resolution 9 of the Notice 
of Annual General Meeting, together with the Notices of General Meetings and 
Annual General Meeting are available for inspection at the Company's registered
