Second Interim Dividend

M&G Income Investment Company Limited announces today that it was resolved to
declare a Second interim dividend of 0.18p per Ordinary Share, in respect of
the period ending 31 December 2007, to be paid on 04 February 2008 to Ordinary
shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11 January 2008.  The
ex dividend date is 09 January 2008.  Package Unit holders will receive a
dividend of 0.36p per Package Unit, which comprises of one Zero Dividend Share
and two Ordinary Shares.
