Eighth Interim Dividend

M&G Income Investment Company Limited announces today that it was resolved to
declare a Eighth interim dividend of 0.20p per Ordinary Share, in respect of
the period ending 30 June 2008, to be paid on 4 August 2008 to Ordinary
shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11 July 2008.  The ex
dividend date is 9 July 2008.  Package Unit holders will receive a dividend of
0.40p per Package Unit, which comprises of one Zero Dividend Share and two
Ordinary Shares.
