                               Notice of Results
                                      and
                                 Trading update


Medal Entertainment & Media plc ("the Company") the AIM quoted company engaged
in the origination, production, publication and distribution of programmes for
television and home entertainment, today announces that it expects to release
its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2005 by Friday 24 June 2005.

The Directors advise that the Company's profit before tax and exceptional costs
for the year ended 31 March 2005 is now expected to be approximately #775,000.
The principal reason for the shortfall is the deferring of revenues associated
with the Company's TV Production Division at a higher level than envisaged.

Sales since the year end across the Company's three divisions are ahead of the
same period last year.
