               RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ("EGM")




At the EGM held today, the resolutions to effect the Placing to raise
#3.23 million were unanimously approved.


The Placing Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 
8 am on Monday 15 March 2004.
