Proposed distribution agreements

MMT Computing plc is pleased to announce that its Packaged Solutions Division
has signed two separate Heads of Agreement (which are still subject to final
negotiation) with Logica UK Limited and Singapore Engineering Software ("SES").

The Heads of Agreement with Logica UK Limited will lead to the creation of a
European partnership to jointly promote mutual products and services into the
energy sector.

Under the Heads of Agreement with SES, it is intended that SES be appointed a
distribution partner for MMT's energy products in the Far East region. SES is
a subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited, the electronics
arm of publicly listed Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd.

Paul Marks, Managing Director of MMT, said:

"This is a significant step in our movement to a partner based distribution
channel for our energy products, allowing us to compete effectively in a wider
geographical market.

Logica is recognised world-wide as a market leader in the provision of
software and associated services, particularly in the energy sector. We shall
be working closely with Logica over the coming months on a number of joint
client prospects.

We have developed a good relationship with SES and view them as a valuable
ally in deploying our PowerQuote products in the Far East.

These two agreements will, when finalised, offer MMT exciting opportunities
for its Packaged Solutions Division "
