Monkleigh plc (MNK) is an AIM-listed company that buys, invests in and develops events management,
corporate  hospitality and related niche supplier businesses to form an integrated event marketing
service  group.   Monkleigh was admitted to AIM on 8 July 2004 and made its first  deal  with  Pro
Motions Event Management on 4 October 2004 which was followed by the addition of John Saunders  of
First Corporate Events two months later.

The  Company's strategy is to create, through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth,  a
fully  integrated  national  event marketing services company with a strong  brand.   The  Company
