ISSUE OF NEW SHARES ON EXERCISE OF STOCK OPTIONS 
 
 
PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA - Moto Goldmines Limited (the "Company") has issued an 
additional 50,000 Common Shares in the Company following the exercise of 50,000 
stock options granted on October 31, 2005 with an exercise price of C$3.00 per 
stock option. 
 
 
Application has been for the admission of the new shares to AIM and subsequent 
to this issue the Company has a total of 109,155,548 shares on issue.
