Further to the Company's announcement of 19 December 2008, Mincorp announces 
that the Company is at an advanced stage of discussions with a replacement 
nominated adviser. 
 
 
Ambrian Partners Limited has therefore agreed to extend its notice period to the 
earlier of the close of business on 23 January 2009 or the date when these
