    Result of AGM and Director Change

    Metnor Group plc ("Metnor" or "the Group") is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") held today were duly passed.

    The Company also announced at its AGM that Nigel Little has tendered his resignation and is stepping down as a non-executive director
with immediate effect.

    Mr Little is the President of Canaccord Adams Limited and has recently taken on additional responsibilities which mean that he is unable
to devote the time out of his office in London that he feels is required to fulfill his role as a non-executive director at Metnor.

    Commenting on Mr Little's decision, Stephen Rankin, Chief Executive, said:

    "Nigel has made a significant contribution to the Group since his appointment in 2006 and I would like to thank him on behalf of the
Board for all of his efforts and to wish him well in his new role within Canaccord Adams."
