In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 October 2017, the Company's share capital consists of 6,068,659 Ordinary shares of 2p each, each Ordinary share carrying the right to one vote at general meetings.

The above figure (6,068,659) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
