Interim Dividend Declaration

As part of the liquidation process and due to the Company seeking to maintain its investment trust status, the Directors have today declared an Interim Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2018 of 3.0p per Ordinary Share.

The Interim Dividend will be payable on 10 September 2018 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on 23 August 2018.
