The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of James Thomas Berylson to 
the Board of Millwall Holdings plc as Non Executive Director with immediate 
effect. James, aged 29, qualified with a BA from Harvard College in 2004 and 
currently is employed as an investment analyst by Serengeti Asset Management, a 
multi-strategy investment firm based in New York City. Previously, he was at 
Goldman Sachs & Co where he worked in both the Special Situations Group and 
before that the Leveraged Finance Department. James is a trustee of the Richard 
& Susan Smith Family Foundation, a leading foundation in greater Boston as well 
as a trustee of the Berylson Family foundation. James currently resides in the 
USA. 
James will bring to the board his experience in financial services and will 
contribute to the further enhancement of systems, controls and financing 
arrangements. 
James is the son of John Berylson, Chairman of the Company, and has an interest 
in Chestnut Hill Ventures LLP which is a substantial shareholder in the Company.
