Result of EGM 
 
At the EGM held earlier today the resolution to consolidate the share capital of 
the Company by converting every 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each (Existing 
Ordinary Shares) to 1 new ordinary share of GBP10 (New Ordinary Share) was 
approved by a majority of shareholders on a show of hands. The voting of Proxies 
received was: 
 
For                        21,188,387,932 shares (98.14%) 
 
Against                      401,494,217 shares  (1.86%) 
 
Of those shareholders who voted and who each hold less than 1% of the issued 
share capital the proportion of votes cast in favour of the resolution was 
66.53% whilst the proportion of votes cast against was 33.47% 
 
A total of 1,856 shareholders have elected that their fractional entitlements be 
sold for the benefit of the "Help for Heroes" charity, which is expected to 
result in fractions totaling 602 New Ordinary Shares being sold and the proceeds 
passed to the charity. The number of shares to be transferred to The Lions Trust 
is expected to total 10,210 New Ordinary Shares, representing 2.71% of the 
shares in issue.

The New Ordinary Shares will be entered in the Register of Shareholders based on 
holdings registered at 5pm today. Following this the issued share capital will 
be 376,610 New Ordinary Shares of GBP10 each. Application has been made to the 
AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc for the New ordinary Shares to be 
admitted to trading. 
 
The number of shares not in public hands will be 191,815 New Ordinary Shares 
representing 50.93% of the shares in issue.
