The Company has been notified that Excellence Investments Ltd holds 7,903,203
ordinary shares of 0.25p each in iPoint, equivalent to 7.22 per cent. of the
issued voting share capital of the Company.

The shares are held by the following wholly owned and majority owned
subsidiaries of Excellence Investments Ltd, as set out below:
