The Company has been notified that, following a sale of 103,657 ordinary voting
shares, equivalent to 0.09 per cent. of the issued voting share capital, Nisko
Projects Electronics & Communications (1990) Ltd. holds 38,971,983 ordinary
shares in iPoint, equivalent to 34.53 per cent. of the issued voting share
capital of the Company.
