The Company has been notified today that, following a sale on the same day of 
875,000 ordinary voting shares, equivalent to 0.72 per cent. of the issued 
voting share capital, Nisko Investments Ltd. holds 42,471,983 ordinary shares 
in iPoint, equivalent to 34.89 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of 
the Company.
