The Company announces that at the annual general meeting, held earlier today, 
all resolutions were duly passed. 
 
In addition Gerald Raingold, who was appointed as a non-executive director of 
the Company in August 2006 for a three year term, has today announced his 
intention to step down as a director of the Company in the near future and at a 
mutually convenient time.
