iPoint-media announces that Efraim (Effi) Bazia, aged 45, has been appointed to 
the board of the Company as Finance Director with immediate effect. 
 
 
Mr Bazia holds a B.A. in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University and 
is a former partner of two firms of chartered accountants, Rabinovich-Bazia 
Certified Public Accountants and Tenenbaum-Bar Levav Certified Public 
Accountants. Mr Bazia has previously acted as Finance Director of the Company, 
when his services were provided by Nisko Projects Electronics & Communications 
(1990) Ltd ("Nisko"), the Company's largest shareholder, but stepped down in 
December 2008 when he left his employment at Nisko. Mr Bazia has since assisted 
in the running of the Company, providing his services on a consultancy basis 
until 30 September 2009 and as an employee of iPoint-media Limited since that 
date. 
 
 
Under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, the following information is

Mr Bazia currently holds 43,000 ordinary shares in the capital of iPoint-media,

paragraph (g) of the AIM rules which needs to be disclosed.
