                               Contracts Update 
 
iPoint-media plc (LSE:IPNT), a provider of live, interactive video applications 
and content delivery platforms for web and 3G mobile, announces a number of 
recent developments regarding existing and new contracts. 
 
Termination of Video Answer Phone service contact with Orange UK 
 
The Company has received notification from Everything-Everywhere, the newly 
formed company which operates the combined networks of Orange and T-Mobile in 
the UK, of the termination of the Video Answer Phone service contract with All 
New Video Ltd ("ANV"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of iPoint. The existing 
contract with Orange UK will terminate on 31st December 2010 
 
The Video Answer Phone service contract will contribute an estimated GBP122,000 
in revenues in the current year. The Company is reviewing the implications of 
this decision on ANV's activities. 
 
Purchase Order for Platform Enhancements by Ericsson for a Turkish mobile 
operator 
 
The Company has recently received a purchase order from Ericsson in relation to 
a number of video calling platform enhancements for a leading Turkish mobile 
operator which uses the Company's platform for delivering video calling 
services. The Company expects to deliver these enhancements over the next three 
months. 
 
Ericsson is the Company's premiere partner for providing video calling 
application platform to Telecom Operators worldwide. 
 
New contract by China Unicom for Video Application to Changcun TV 
 
The Company announces that China Unicom confirmed a new contract for 
GOliveINTERVIEW interactive application to be used by Changcun TV in Jilin 
province. 
 
"GOliveINTERVIEW" enables broadcasters to conduct a live interview with a 
reporter equipped with a standard laptop, good quality camera, and iPoint-media 
reporter software at a fraction of the cost of traditional satellite based 
solutions. 
 
Muki Geller, iPoint-media's CEO, commented:

following the recent signing of our co-operation agreement with China Unicom. 
This implementation in Jilin province represents an important milestone in our 
efforts to penetrate the Chinese media market in cooperation with China Unicom"
