Strategic Update

Further to our report in the interim statement released on 30 September 2014, the Board has carried out a business review (the "Review") with the aim of analyzing the Company's current business model. In particular, the Board has sought to identify opportunities that have better prospects from an execution perspective taking into account Armstrong's balance sheet and the current difficult equity markets for small junior resource companies.

In carrying out this Review, your Board has also been particularly mindful of the need to seek opportunities to generate better, short-to-medium term returns for our shareholders from the Company's limited capital base.

As a result of this Review, and of some investment opportunities that have been presented to the Company over recent weeks, the Board is currently evaluating a number of possible transactions, one or more of which we are hopeful of completing in due course. Bearing this in mind the Board has concluded that it is prudent to continue with the current strategic direction of the Company, whilst progressing the opportunities currently under review.

Shareholders should expect a further update on the development of Armstrong's strategy in the near future.
