Acquisition update

The Company is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 9
December 2005, it has today completed the acquisition of Taylor Rumford
Consulting Limited, save for the admission of 495,000 new ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company to AIM in satisfaction of part of the initial consideration
of #1,000,000. The balance of #750,000 will be paid in cash.

The issued share capital of the Company following the acquisition will be
6,504,363 Ordinary shares of 10p each.

Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM on 6
February, following which the acquisition of Taylor Rumford Consulting Limited
will be complete in all respects and, as announced previously, Peter Taylor (61)
will then be appointed to the Board of NBA with immediate effect.
