Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc issues the following statement ahead
of tomorrow's AGM.


The unaudited net asset values per share of its Ordinary Shares and of its C
Shares as at 30 April 2007 (excluding net revenue after 31 December 2006) were
as follows:-

                                 Net asset value per share
Ordinary shares                  124.14 pence
C ordinary shares                112.49 pence


As at 30 April 2007 the percentages invested in VCT qualifying holdings
(calculated on a H.M. Revenue & Customs basis) for the Ordinary Share Fund and
the C Share Fund were 58.1% and 40.6% respectively.
