Director's Dealing

The Company was notified on 5 February 2016 that Andrew David Langman, a Director of the Company, transferred a number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).

On 29 January 2016, he sold 13,453 Ordinary Shares at a price of 113 pence per share. On the same day, his SIPP purchased 13,349 Ordinary Shares at a price of 113.20 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this transaction, Andrew Langman's beneficial holding is now 189,941 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 1.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
