nmcn plc announces that it has been informed that Dan Taylor,
Chief Financial Officer, has made transactions between his personal
share account and his pension, where a total of 1,251 ordinary
shares in the Group were sold and a total of 1,213 ordinary shares
in the Group were purchased.
Dan Taylor's, along with associated persons, beneficial holding
in the Group is 98,782 ordinary shares, representing 0.95% of the
Group's total voting rights of 10,396,108 ordinary shares.
