As stated in the announcement made on 8th November 2006, Nardina Resources plc
has passed a resolution to change its name to Equatorial Biofuels plc to reflect
its new focus.



This change of name will become effective from the morning of Friday 24th
November 2006.  At this time the Company will switch to a new Epic/Ticker code
of "EBF".
