NXT plc  -  Notification of share issue 
NXT PLC would like to notify the market that Mrs Jackie Shaw, a former employee 
of the Company, was issued with 57,493 NXT plc 1p Ordinary Shares on 16 April 
2009 following her exercise of options granted under the NXT plc Savings Related 
Share Option (3 Year) Scheme at a price of 7.54p per share. 
This acquisition represents 0.04% of the issued shares in the Company. 
An application has been made for 57,493 Ordinary Shares of 1p each to be 
admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trade on the 
London Stock Exchange on 10 June 2009. 
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the 
capital of the Company.
