Transaction in Own Shares 
 
 
Orpak announces that on 30 December 2009, through its wholly-owned subsidiary 
Del-Pak Systems Ltd, it purchased 4,132,232 of the Company's ordinary shares of 
nominal value NIS 0.02 per share ("Shares") for 82 pence per share from funds 
managed by O.S.S. Capital Management LP. These Shares will not be cancelled and 
will be held in Treasury. 
 
 
The purchase represents 12.79% of the issued share capital of the Company. 
 
 
Following the transaction, Orpak's issued share capital now consists of 
28,176,948 ordinary shares with voting rights, excluding Treasury shares. In 
addition, the Company holds 5,575,232 shares in Treasury.
