Dividend Declaration 
 
 
 
 
Orpak announces that, following due consideration of the Annual Accounts for the 
year ended 31 December 2008, management accounts of the Company, and the 
Company's existing and foreseeable liabilities, the Board resolves to declare an 
interim dividend of NIS 0.11 per Ordinary Share for the third quarter ended 30 
September 2009. This amount will be converted to USD per the exchange rate valid 
on the payment date to the shares' registration firm. 
 
 
For convenience purposes, as of today, the above mentioned dividend is 
equivalent to 3 US cents per Ordinary Share. 
 
 The dividend will be paid on 18 February 2010 to shareholders on the 
Company's register at the close of business on 5 February 2010, with an ex 
dividend date of 3 February 2010. The total interim dividend amounts to NIS 
3,710,000 (equivalent to USD 1,000,000).
