based on vehicle identification and end-to-end solutions for the automation of 
fuel stations, announces that, at the Special Meeting of the Company held 
earlier today, the resolution was duly passed. Cancellation of the admission of 
the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM is expected to occur on 30 April
