Three New IBMS Contracts in South America and Turkey

Pilat Media Global plc (AIM: PGB), the leading supplier of business management software to the media industry, is pleased to announce it has entered into three new contracts. The first is with a leading premium television networks in Latin America licensing the full suite of IBMS modules for gradual implementation and long term maintenance for an eight year period. The second is through a new partner the Company has appointed in South America who will be sublicensing and fronting the implementation of IBMS at a major telecommunications company in South America to support advertising sales and traffic as part of their IPTV service. The third contract is with a major provider of premium television service in Turkey, for the licensing and implementation of IBMS On-Demand and IBMS-Rights.

The three implementation projects are planned to take place over the coming 18 months and are estimated to contribute approximately GBP3 million of license revenues and implementation fees in total during this period.

The signing of these three contracts, together with the contracts signed earlier this year with Australia's Seven West Media and Starz Entertainment Inc in the USA, lead the Board to believe that revenues in 2013 will exceed revenues in 2012. Whilst the increased workload requires additional staff numbers and increased operational expenses, the Board anticipates that operating profits are also likely to increase.
