Director's Dealings


The board of the Company was informed 14 October 2008 that Richard Owen, a director
of the Company, sold 2,000,000 shares in the Company at a price of 0.7 pence per share, 
and

United Trading Corporation, a company controlled by Mr Owen, purchased 2,000,000 
shares in the Company at a price of 0.7 pence per share.

As a result, Mr Owen's interest in the Company remains unchanged, being 2,000,000 
shares, representing approximately 1.67 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 120,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
