Playgolf (Holdings) plc ("Playgolf")

Playgolf announces that its subsidiary Playgolf Limited has sold Playgolf
(Heaton Park) Limited to Mack Trading Limited . Playgolf (Heaton Park) Limited
owns the contract to run and manage the golf centre at Heaton Park in North
Manchester.

The consideration is expected to be approximately #450,000 subject to completion
accounts. The Directors expect this will result in a small loss against the book
value.

The disposal is part of the strategy for Playgolf which allows it to concentrate
on its Northwick Park concept. The proceeds from the sale will be used for
working capital.
