POLYMER LOGISTICS N.V. ("POLYMER LOGISTICS" OR "THE GROUP")

NEW U.S. CONTRACT WINS, ACQUISITION OF MANUFACTURING FACILITY

                                      AND

                                 TRADING UPDATE

Polymer Logistics, a leading provider of retail sustainable 'one touch'
logistics solutions to retailers and suppliers in the UK, Continental Europe and
the U.S., announces new contract wins in the U.S., the acquisition of additional
manufacturing capacity and an update on trading.

New U.S. contracts

The Group is pleased to announce that it has won significant rental contracts
with two retailers in the U.S. over the next five years, which will
substantially extend the Group's existing U.S. activities.

One of the contracts is with Fresh & Easy Neighbourhood Markets, a division of
Tesco UK, to meet its returnable packaging needs in the Western U.S. Polymer
Logistics will supply reusable, Retail Ready Packaging as well as providing the
washing and pooling services associated with its packaging logistics service.
The contract is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2007.

The other contract is with a major U.S. food retailer based in the South East of
the U.S. to supply its bulk bin needs. Again, Polymer Logistics will supply the
bins as well as providing the washing and pooling services associated with the
operation. This contract is also scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of
2007.

Management estimate the combined value of the two contracts to be circa $50
million over the next 5 years.

Acquisition of Manufacturing Facility

Polymer Logistics is pleased to announce the acquisition of a plastic injection
moulding facility from Kidron Production Holdings Ltd for a cash consideration
of Euro3.3 million funded by additional debt facilities.

The purchase of this production facility, which is located in Israel and has
over 20 moulding machines, has been used by the Group in the past on an
occasional basis in order to satisfy excess demand and gives the Group
significant additional production capacity, which will enable the Group to
fulfill its current and expected production orders as the business continues to
grow.

Trading

Trading in the core UK market has been in line with expectations and the
contracts to supply Carrefour and Ortofin in Italy which were launched, on
schedule, on 1 March this year, have been ahead of expectations. Set against
this, there has been a delay in the launch of a contract with a meat crate
supplier in the US and demand for the potato shipper product in Germany has
reduced due to poor weather conditions. The Directors currently expect the U.S.
meat crate contract to launch in September/October.

The shortfall in projected revenue expected from the U.S. meat-packer contract
and from the reduced demand for the potato shipper product has largely been
offset by the out performance of the Italy contracts. This, together with the
new contract wins referred to above, gives the management confidence that it
will report results for the full year that are in line with current market
expectations.

Notes to Editors:

Polymer Logistics is a provider of sustainable 'one-touch' logistics solutions
to leading retailers and suppliers in the UK, Continental Europe and the US.

Polymer Logistics' Retail Ready Packaging (RRP) is designed to be 'display
ready' from factory to the point of sale. Consumers purchase directly from RRP
units in-store, with no requirement for retailers to unpack goods from the RRP
units onto the shelves. The units are reusable, thereby reducing the
environmental impact due to the volume of waste created by disposable 'one-way'
packaging made out of timber or cardboard. In addition, Polymer Logistics' RRP
units are stackable and foldable and are designed to maximise the capacity of
delivery vehicles which reduces the number of trips required to be taken in the
logistics loop.

Polymer Logistics is based in The Netherlands with subsidiaries in the UK,
Israel and the US and branch offices in Spain and Italy. Its principal
customers are located in the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. The Group
has ongoing relationships with a number of blue chip retailers including Tesco,
Asda, and Sainsbury, as well as blue chip FMCG suppliers including Coca Cola
Enterprises Limited, Danone Waters, Britvic Soft Drinks and Arla Food.

Polymer Logistics listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in
December 2006 and its ticker symbol is POLL. For further information please
