GF INTERNATIONAL wishes to announce that Mr. Congyang Guo has resigned as a Director of GF International with effect from 24 October 2017. An extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Company will be convened shortly in order to resolve upon the appointment of Ms Min Sun as a Director of the Company subject to Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) approval.

As of 24 October 2017, the Board of Directors of the Company will be composed as follows:

Gudrun Göbel (to be replaced by Peng-Wah Choy with effect as from 31 October 2017 subject to CSSF approval)
