Result of Annual General Meeting and Continuation Resolution

The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that all of the resolutions put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 31 October 2011, including the continuation resolution, were passed.

The Board would like to thank the Shareholders of the Company for their support.

All resolutions were passed unanimously with the exception of the continuation resolution. The details of the continuation resolution are as follows:

Total Shares cast - 38,001,397 (63.79% of issued share capital)

In Favour - 37,381,397 (98.37% of shares voting)

Against - 620,000 (1.63% of shares voting)
