Intention to propose managed winding down

In September 2011, the Board of PSource Structured Debt committed to put wind up or reconstruction proposals to shareholders by the end of March 2012.

Following consultation with the major shareholders, the Board announces its intention to propose a managed winding down and consequent changes of investment objective and policy, and amendments to the investment management and management agreements

These proposals are in process of regulatory approval and are intended to be announced on or prior to Thursday 5 April and an EGM convened on or prior to 30 April.
