    Notice of resignation of Nominated Adviser


    The directors of Personal Screening Plc ("the Company") announce that, following its acquisition by Ambrian Capital Plc, Nabarro Wells &
Co. Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules"), has tendered its resignation as
the Company's Nominated Adviser to take effect from 30 September 2008.  

    Under Rule 1 of the AIM Rules a company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM if it does not have a Nominated Adviser and the
admission of its shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled one month after suspension if a replacement Nominated Adviser has not been
appointed within that time.

    Personal Screening Plc is currently in discussions with a potential replacement Nominated Adviser in connection with a possible
transaction and it hopes that a new appointment will be made prior to 30 September 2008.
