Correction to Notice of General Meeting

Pittards announces a correction to the date in note 5 of the Notice of General Meeting, set out at the end of the Circular which was posted to shareholders on 11 July 2023.

Note 5 should have read as follows: "To be entitled to attend and vote at the General Meeting (and for the purpose of the determination by the Company of the votes they may cast), shareholders must be registered in the Register of Members of the Company at close of business on 25 July 2023 (or, in the event of any adjournment, 6.00 p.m. on the date which is two working days before the date of the adjourned meeting). Changes to the Register of Members after the relevant deadline shall be disregarded in determining the rights of any person to attend and vote at the meeting."
