Promethean PLC (the "Company") today announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today resolutions 1. and 2. were duly passed.

Resolution 3, the proposition that the Company ceases to continue in existence in accordance with Article 165.1 of the Company's Articles of Association, was not passed.
