Suspension of Dividend

The Company announces that, due to a technical requirement of the Companies
Act 1985, the third interim dividend due to be paid in December 2001 is
suspended. This dividend was due to go ex-dividend on the 21 November 2001.
The reasons for the suspension were outlined in the previous announcement of
the 2nd November 2001



Future of the Company

The Directors and the Manager continue to consider the alternatives available
to the Company at this time and are taking advice from UBS Warburg Ltd.
Furthermore, the Company and the Manager continue in their discussions with
the lending banks.
