Suspension of Dividend

The Company announces that, due to a technical requirement under Section 265 of
the Companies Act 1985, the fourth interim dividend due to be paid in March 2002 
is suspended. This dividend is due to go ex-dividend on the 7 February 2002. 
The reasons for the suspension are outlined in the previous announcement of 
2 November 2001

Future of the Company

The Directors and the Manager continue to consider the alternatives available to
the Company at this time and are taking advice from UBS Warburg Ltd.
Furthermore, the Company and the Manager continue in their discussions with the
lending banks.
