                   Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited

                                 Further re EGM 
 
The Directors of Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited (LSE:QOGT) announce 
that a motion to adjourn the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting today, 
proposed by the Chairman of the meeting for the reasons stated on 17 August 2010 
and due to new information which has come to light which the Directors are 
evaluating, was passed. 
 
As a consequence of this adjournment, the resolutions to appoint SGW Capital 
Managers Limited as a permanent investment manager and to change the name of the 
Company, were not put to the Meeting and so were not voted upon. 
 
The Directors continue to believe that it is appropriate for Shareholders as a 
whole to vote on the appointment of the Company's ongoing investment manager, in 
light of written proposals detailing the mandate and terms of appointment of the 
relevant investment manager.
