Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of innovative, highly engineered technology products principally for the global gaming and broadcast industries, confirms that, further to the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 December 2022 on 21 March 2023, the Annual Report and Accounts, together with Notice of the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy of them and are available to download from the Company's website at www.quixantplc.com.

The AGM is to be held at 11.00 am on 27 April 2023 at the Company offices at The Galleria, Station Road, Crawley, RH10 1WW.
